Our People
Guided with our core values, our employees’ ultimate goal is to delight our customers. The average years of service of our employees is 5 years and with a very low turn-over rate. This indicates company’s good performance on employee-employer relationship and just right compensation and benefits package for employees. Training and development is also one of the priorities of the company to upgrade the skills both soft and technical skills.
Ormoc Printshoppe has over 20 employees with different duties and responsibilities. Majority of them are assigned in the production area located at Agua Dulce St., Ormoc City where almost all its printing machines are set-up.
Our Aviles St. branch in Ormoc caters to rush printing. It is also where our SALES department situates. They answer queries on different services and products that we offer.
Joel Ogania Ngo, our President
Joel Ngo is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at University of the East. He worked as Systems Administrator for more than two (2) years, October 1996 to January 1999 in Li & Fung (Phils.) Inc., a leading consumer goods design, development, sourcing, and logistics company serving major retailers and brands around the world, located then at Makati City. He is an entrepreneur and a photography enthusiast.
He is a Rotarian and active Couples for Christ household leader. A father of 3 children and husband of Maricel R. Ngo.
Presently, he is the managing proprietor of Ormoc Printshoppe whose function is to supervise work of graphic designers and product development.
Maricel Reyes-Ngo, COO
Maricel Ngo is a graduate of Master in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a master degree holder of Computer Science at De La Salle University. She worked as School Administrator for 16 years in STI College Ormoc. She received an award as Chief Operating Officer of the Year – 2004 awarded by STI Head Office. She started her career as Computer Instructor for two years at University of the East where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
She served as Board of Trustee of Ormoc City Chamber of Commerce (ORCHAM) for 5 years and elected as Chairman of the Board ( 2016) and President ( 2018). She considers herself as adopted daughter of Ormoc. She is a Rotarian and has served the club as President in RY 2019-2020.She is also an active Couples for Christ member. A mother of 3 children and wife of Joel O. Ngo.
Presently, she is assigned as Operations Manager of Ormoc Printshoppe whose function is to supervise the external affairs of the company and its internal control.
